Aligners are usually worn for around 20 to 22 hours a day. Consistent wear is important for treatment to progress as planned.
Not every case is suitable. Complex bite problems may be better treated with fixed braces. Your orthodontist will advise.
Rinse and brush them gently every day and keep them in their case when not in use. Do not use hot water, which can warp them.
